Slowly but surely, Neodio is intelligently expanding its Origine range. After the essential 82, here is the Harmonie model whose destination is clearly defined: to replace all your spikes!

Everything seems to have been said in the previous sentence. Harmonie is intended to replace all the spikes present in your hi-fi system. This therefore concerns column-type acoustic speakers, monitor-type speaker stands and finally furniture. Why would we want to change all our spikes that we have been used to since the 1980s? Neodio argues that coupling with the ground is not without posing technical problems. According to him, the ground is the seat of a residual activity that can interfere with the operation of our devices and especially transit through the spikes. With his device, he cuts short this harmful transmission.

Harmonie comes in the form of an original object that is reminiscent of a small flying saucer or an ultramodern spinning top. In any case, it can be fixed in all M6 or M8 diameter screw-in inserts using suitable adapters supplied with the interfaces. Its stainless steel construction ensures its robustness, allowing it to support the heaviest speakers. Harmonie is the logical continuation of the research carried out by Neodio on the impact of the water molecule in the environment of our hi-fi system. According to him, it is a complementary solution to the Origine B2 acoustic purifier. Like all Neodio Blue Program products, Harmonie is manufactured in France and guaranteed for 10 years to the first purchaser.

INSTALLATION

Neodio specifies that its device can be used on any floor, whether it is raw or covered with any type of covering such as parquet, carpets or rugs. It does not come with any counterpoint, but its lower surface is smooth, it does not leave marks on parquet floors, provided you do not pull violently on your speaker, at the risk of scratching the surface of the floor. The manufacturer also specifies that the lower surface is small enough to tend towards the hard structure of the floor on carpets or thick rugs. We carried out our tests on several column or monitor type speakers and under a piece of furniture.

SOUND

As you know, we are absolute fans of the B2, of which we own a good number. So it is with undeniable greed that we tried the new Harmonie. After installing them very easily under a pair of columns, we undeniably noted a new reading of the sound stage. The image seems better worked with an increased dissociation of the sound planes, especially in the sense of depth with very distinct backgrounds. We also have the impression that the image “breathes” better: its overall volume seems more airy. A feeling of success therefore, which does not seem to result in the slightest counterpart. Indeed, the rhythmic monitoring retains its vigor. The dynamics are reinforced, even improved with more frank and better drawn impacts. It therefore seems that we are winners on all levels.

OUR CONCLUSION

This new device from the Bordeaux manufacturer is promised a brilliant future. For our part, we are convinced of its merits. It is a well thought out, well manufactured and original product. Its success will nevertheless be
indexed on the ability of the manufacturer and its resellers to explain and demonstrate the most it can bring. The brakes, if there are any, will be more of a psychological nature (the pointe has been with us for almost 40 years) and economic, because it is still necessary to count almost €1,000 to equip a pair of speakers. Apart from this, we can only welcome the initiative of Neodio which tirelessly continues to investigate the effects of the water molecule on the functioning of the hi-fi system.
